Product features:
After the product drives the drum to reach full speed operation, the feed valve automatically opens, and the material is introduced into the drum through the feed pipe. With the help of the rake teeth, the solid substances in the suspension are evenly distributed inside the drum. Under centrifugal force, the liquid phase substances pass through the filter cloth and the drum wall filter holes and are discharged from the drum. After passing through the discharge liquid pipe, they are discharged from the machine. As the thickness of the filter cake layer increases, the rake teeth rotate relatively. When the rake teeth rotate to a certain angle, Touch the limit switch and cut off the time relay to close the feeding valve and stop feeding. The colleague washing valve automatically opens, and the washing liquid is sprayed onto the filter cake through the washing pipe. When the filter cake is fully washed, the washing valve closes, and the centrifuge continues to dehydrate and dry. Then, the scraper rotates to scrape the material, and the scraped material is discharged by gravity from the discharge hopper.
Purpose:
It has good separation performance for suspensions with filter cake density ranging from 0.8 to 2.5, particle size 0.05-1mm, and solid phase concentration within 15% to 80%.
It has been widely used in industries such as chemical, food, light industry, pharmaceuticals, etc., such as heavy alkali, caustic soda, starch, boric acid, ammonium sulfate, sulfuric acid, sodium sulfate, ferrous sulfate, calcium phosphate, polyvinyl chloride, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and similar materials.
