Product features:
The PSB centrifuge is a filtration equipment with upper discharge closed type and intermittent operation. The material is added to the drum from the top, and the motor starts smoothly. The transmission system drives the drum to rotate at high speed around its own axis, forming a centrifugal force field. The feeding speed, cleaning speed, and holding speed can all be freely selected within a certain range of speeds. Under the action of centrifugal force field, the materials are evenly distributed on the drum wall for liquid separation. The liquid phase passes through the gaps between the solid materials and the filter screen (bag), and is thrown into the shell cavity through the drum wall hole. It is discharged from the bottom plate outlet. The solid materials are intercepted in the drum, and the feed liquid is added through the feeding pipe. The washing water is added through the washing pipe, and the materials are dehydrated After washing, stop the machine and use a specially designed balance device to open the machine cover and unload the material.
No foundation installation, eliminating the traditional tripod suspension structure, simplifying the installation process, reasonable design, novel and simple structure, beautiful appearance, convenient cleaning, and the foundation plate serves as the working operation platform, making operation and maintenance convenient.
The imported high viscosity liquid damping agent type vibration isolator connected to the flat plate absorbs all the energy generated by the centrifuge due to vibration, without vibration interference to the foundation ground and surrounding equipment.
The casing is equipped with a fully open large flip cover, which is convenient for unloading and has good sealing performance. It is particularly suitable for solid-liquid separation of toxic and harmful media. It adopts explosion-proof motor frequency conversion drive, anti-static triangular belt, and nitrogen filling protection, which can be used for solid-liquid separation of flammable and explosive materials.
The entire machine has good airtightness, explosion-proof performance, and cleanliness. The entire machine meets GMP hygiene requirements.
Purpose:
The grains are not easily broken, with multiple safety protection configurations and variable frequency control, which can achieve stepless speed change and have a wide range of applications.
