The working principle of the LSF centrifuge is to separate the Chinese phase of the material from the liquid phase using the centrifugal force field generated by the high-speed rotation of the drum. Main working principle: After the main engine is turned on to a certain speed (medium speed), the material enters the centrifuge drum through the feeding pipe, and under the action of the centrifugal force field, the liquid is thrown out of the drum through the small hole on the sieve drum. When the filter cake intercepted on the screen reaches its thickness (not exceeding the liquid blocking plate opening and no material overflow) in the drum, stop feeding and press the high-speed button for high-speed dehydration. After the drying time is reached, press the stop button to electrically brake the host and manually discharge to complete the unloading process. All processes of this machine are controlled by the operator. This machine adopts the industrial control device frequency converter and brake unit commonly used internationally for joint control, which greatly improves the overall performance.
